Great location near shopping malls, convenience stores, and cafes. Spacious room for solo travelers. Excellent service from start to end, felt like a VIP. Fantastic view from the room. Varied buffet breakfast with lots of options. Gym and pool areas were not crowded.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was impeccably cleaned and well-maintained, with chocolates and a hand-written note from the housekeeper. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. I also appreciated the professionalism of the hotel, evident from the moment I made my reservation until the time of checkout.
I did have a few negative experiences during my business trip at this hotel. the food in the executive lounge did not live up to the high standards I expected.

Received really good and timely medical assistance from the Chief Concierge who arranged a quick hospital appointment, provided written instructions, and even called to follow up on our well-being. The hotel itself is recommendable, with all the amenities expected of a Sheraton, including a spacious swimming pool. Despite a few small drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel.
